We currently offer a free standard delivery on all orders over £30 throughout Gibraltar. All other delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.

RETURN

Clients have 7 days to refund and 15 days to exchange your purchase.

Return eligibility: your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

All item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it including its original packaging.

Exchanges can be made at Trends Store 84-90 Main Street GX11 1AA Gibraltar.

 

SALE ITEMS

Sale items cannot be refunded.

However you do have 7 days to exchange your purchase. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item or items.

 The customer service team will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Please note that this can take 5 working days to appear in your account depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

SHIPPING

Clients are responsible for paying of all shipping costs when returning any item or items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund once processed.
